Une haute extensibilité (supérieure à 35 %) et une résistance au pelage élevée allant jusqu'à 5N/25mm font de ce ruban adhésif résistant à la chaleur un choix durable.

Aucune saleté laissée après décollage grâce à une forte force adhésive.

La taille de 33m*0,55mm rend ce ruban adhésif isolant thermique adapté à la soudure de puce BGA.

  3. Open the PDF in your software of predilection (ex: Illustrator,...)
  4. Add your design(s) to the template and save it in .ai, .eps or High Res .pdf.
