High extensibility (higher than 35%) and high peel strength up to 5N/25mm makie this heat resistant adhesive tape work for a very long time.

No dirt left after peeling thanks to strong adhesive force.

33m*0.55mm size makes the heat insulation adhesive tape suitable for BGA chip welding.
  1. Click on the gang sheet template you want and download the PDF.
  2. Verified you choose the right sheet size in Variant
  3. Open the PDF in your software of predilection (ex: Illustrator,...)
  4. Add your design(s) to the template and save it in .ai, .eps or High Res .pdf.
  5. Click on Upload on the Web site and upload your edited template. Be careful*: We only accept .ai .eps .pdf format with transparent background and 300 dpi resolution.
